Room Booking System

These web pages are designed for requesting or making "non teaching" room bookings. Typically these are for University, Faculty, School or Departmental meetings.

Bookings made via this system are not displayed on the University Class Planner or in the Student System: to request a room for teaching a class which forms part of an award course, you must contact your Faculty Timetabling Officer.

This page MUST NOT be used for making bookings for teaching activities.

Room availability and booking Use this link to make a new room booking, or check room availability.
  • If you require a commonly available room (unrestricted) select a department type of "Campus Development".
  • If you require an outdoor venue please select a building type of "External".
Room booking change or cancellation Use this link to change or cancel a booking.
Help Use this link if you are a first time user of this system. The Help function is "context sensitive" and will display detailed instructions for each step or page of this system. If you require any special advice or have a query outside the context of these pages, call the Facilities and Bookings office on (08) 8313 5151.
Room booking status For authorised staff members who wish to view the status of bookings made by their department or bookings made in their department rooms.

After Hours Building Access Requirements

Should you require access to a building after hours or on weekends which would require access through the main doors of the building please contact security on 3135990.

A security guard can be arranged @ $50 p/hour for a minimum of 4 hours. Please note this rate will vary on Weekends and Public Holidays.
